Choc Self Saucing Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-raising flour

  • 1/3 cup sugar

  • 3 tbsp cocoa

  • some salt

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup melted butter

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 3 tbsp cocoa

  • 1 cup boiling water

Directions

  • Mix self-raising flour sugar cocoa salt together

  • Add milk melted butter egg vanilla and mix in

  • Add to baking tray

  • Mix together the brown sugar cocoa and sprinkle on top

  • Gently add boiling water on top to disolve sauce

  • Bake for 20-30mins

  • Serve with ice-cream while hot
