Choc Self Saucing Pudding
Ingredients
1 cup self-raising flour
1/3 cup sugar
3 tbsp cocoa
some salt
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup melted butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp cocoa
1 cup boiling water
Directions
Mix self-raising flour sugar cocoa salt together
Add milk melted butter egg vanilla and mix in
Add to baking tray
Mix together the brown sugar cocoa and sprinkle on top
Gently add boiling water on top to disolve sauce
Bake for 20-30mins
Serve with ice-cream while hot
