Crepes

Ingredients

  • 1 cups plain flour

  • 3 tbsp sugar

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 cups milk

  • 1/3 cup water

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • some butter

Directions

  • Add plain flour, sugar and a pinch of salt in a large mixing bowl.

  • Add eggs and whisk.

  • Gradually add milk water oil and whisk until smooth.

  • Cover and leave for up to an hour to rest.

  • Put butter in a pan and cook for 1 minute then flip.
