Crepes
Ingredients
1 cups plain flour
3 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
3 eggs
2 cups milk
1/3 cup water
2 tbsp oil
some butter
Directions
Add plain flour, sugar and a pinch of salt in a large mixing bowl.
Add eggs and whisk.
Gradually add milk water oil and whisk until smooth.
Cover and leave for up to an hour to rest.
Put butter in a pan and cook for 1 minute then flip.
