Finger Buns
Ingredients
2 teaspoons yeast
1/8 cup sugar
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup melted butter
1 egg egg
2 cups plain flour
1/2 cup sultanas
1/2 cup icing sugar
1/2 tblsp butter
1/2 tblsp milk
1/2 cup coconut
Directions
Combine yeast, sugar and warm milk in a small bowl. Stand in a warm place for 10 minutes or until frothy.
Add melted butter, lightly beaten egg and plain flour and mix.
Mix in sultanas.
Knead dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes or until smooth and elastic.
Roll into 6 equal pieces.
Leave in warm oven for 45 minutes to rise.
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Bake buns for 13 minutes.
Make icing by mixing icing sugar and melted butter and milk. Add food colouring and coconut.
