Flatbread
Ingredients
3 1/2 tbsp butter
3/4 cup milk
2 cups plain flour
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Combine butter and milk and heat in microwave until butter is just melted.
Combine plain flour and salt in bowl and add milk.
Knead for 2 minutes.
Wrap with cling wrap and rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Cut dough into 6 pieces, roll into balls
Cook in a pan for 1 min on each side
