Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 tbsp butter

  • 3/4 cup milk

  • 2 cups plain flour

  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  • Combine butter and milk and heat in microwave until butter is just melted.

  • Combine plain flour and salt in bowl and add milk.

  • Knead for 2 minutes.

  • Wrap with cling wrap and rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.

  • Cut dough into 6 pieces, roll into balls

  • Cook in a pan for 1 min on each side
