Gnocchi

We tried making gnocchi following other recipes where you are meant to boil them after but this was way easier.

Ingredients

  • some potatoes

  • some salt

  • some flour

  • some water

Directions

  • Cut up and boil potatoes and then mash.

  • Add salt, flour, and water and mix into a dough.

  • Roll into thin strips and cut into small gnocchi shaped pieces.

  • Pan fry or bake in the oven until golden brown.
