Gnocchi
We tried making gnocchi following other recipes where you are meant to boil them after but this was way easier.
Ingredients
some potatoes
some salt
some flour
some water
Directions
Cut up and boil potatoes and then mash.
Add salt, flour, and water and mix into a dough.
Roll into thin strips and cut into small gnocchi shaped pieces.
Pan fry or bake in the oven until golden brown.
