Honey Oat Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 125g butter

  • 1/2 cup white sugar

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 cup plain flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats

  • some chia

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees

  • Line baking tray with paper

  • Cream butter, white sugar, honey together until pale and fluffy

  • Add plain flour, baking powder, cinnamon, rolled oats and some chia seeds together until combined

  • Place in fridge for 15 mins

  • Roll into balls, flatten with floured fork

  • Bake for 12-15mins or until golden
