Honey Oat Biscuits
Ingredients
125g butter
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tbsp honey
1 cup plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
some chia
Directions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Line baking tray with paper
Cream butter, white sugar, honey together until pale and fluffy
Add plain flour, baking powder, cinnamon, rolled oats and some chia seeds together until combined
Place in fridge for 15 mins
Roll into balls, flatten with floured fork
Bake for 12-15mins or until golden
