Ice Cream Loaf

Ingredients

  • 395g can condensed milk

  • 600ml cream

  • 290g dark chocolate chips

  • 2 cups frozen raspberries

  • some fresh raspberries

Directions

  • Beat condensed milk cream until thick

  • Melt and gradually add dark chocolate chips until smooth

  • Add frozen raspberries and combine. Spoon mixture in to loaf tin and freeze overnight

  • Serve with fresh raspberries
