Lemon Curd Cake GF
Ingredients
150g butter
3/4 cup caster sugar
some lemon zest
3 eggs
1 1 /2 cup GF SR flour
2 lemon juice
2/3 cup sour cream
Directions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and grease cake tin
Beat butter caster sugar lemon zest until light and fluffy
Beat in eggs, one at a time
Fold in GF SR flour, lemon juice and sour cream cream
Pour into tin and bake for 50 mins
