Lemon Curd Cake (Gluten Free)

Ingredients

  • 150g butter

  • 3/4 cup caster sugar

  • some lemon zest

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 1 /2 cup GF SR flour

  • 2 lemon juice

  • 2/3 cup sour cream

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees and grease cake tin

  • Beat butter caster sugar lemon zest until light and fluffy

  • Beat in eggs, one at a time

  • Fold in GF SR flour, lemon juice and sour cream cream

  • Pour into tin and bake for 50 mins
