Pad Thai
Ingredients
some rice-stick noodles
2 tbsp oil
2 cloves garlic
2 chillies
200g chicken or pork
some chives
2 tbsp fish sauce
some lime juice
2 tsp brown sugar
2 eggs (beaten)
115g bean sprouts
115g unsalted peanuts
some crispy fried onion
Directions
Soak the rice-stick noodles in warm water for 10mins and then drain
Stir fry oil, garlic, chillies and chicken or pork for 2-3 min
Add the chives and noodles, cover and cook for 2 mins
Add fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar and eggs (beaten)
Stir in bean sprouts, unsalted peanuts and serve with crispy fried onion
