Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups plain flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 200 grams butter

  • 1/4 cup cold water

Directions

  • Mix plain flour, salt and butter cut up into cubes in a bowl until crumbly.

  • Add about cold water and mix to form a dough.

  • Roll out on a lightly floured surface.

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes.
