Ingredients
2 1/2 cups plain flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
200 grams butter
1/4 cup cold water
Directions
Mix plain flour, salt and butter cut up into cubes in a bowl until crumbly.
Add about cold water and mix to form a dough.
Roll out on a lightly floured surface.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
