Sausage Rolls
Ingredients
2 slices toast
500g lamb mince
1 egg
3 sheets pastry
some milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Blend toast
Using hands mix lamb mince, egg and breads together
Add seasoning
Halve sheets of pastry
Place mince on pastry sheet, roll into log and cut.
Brush pastry with milk
Cook in oven for 25-30 mins, turning half way through
