Sausage Rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 slices toast

  • 500g lamb mince

  • 1 egg

  • 3 sheets pastry

  • some milk

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees

  • Blend toast

  • Using hands mix lamb mince, egg and breads together

  • Add seasoning

  • Halve sheets of pastry

  • Place mince on pastry sheet, roll into log and cut.

  • Brush pastry with milk

  • Cook in oven for 25-30 mins, turning half way through
