Sushi Rolls
Ingredients
500 g sushi rice
some chicken tenders
some sushi vinegar
some avocado
some cucumber
some seaweed roll
Directions
Cook sushi rice in rice cooker.
Cook chicken tenders in the oven.
Once rice is cooked, add some sushi vinegar (or balsamic) and mix in and let cool.
Cut up some avocado and cucumber.
Add rice to seaweed roll and add toppings and sauces.
Roll using bamboo mat or baking paper, and then chop up.
