Sushi Rolls

Ingredients

  • 500 g sushi rice

  • some chicken tenders

  • some sushi vinegar

  • some avocado

  • some cucumber

  • some seaweed roll

Directions

  • Cook sushi rice in rice cooker.

  • Cook chicken tenders in the oven.

  • Once rice is cooked, add some sushi vinegar (or balsamic) and mix in and let cool.

  • Cut up some avocado and cucumber.

  • Add rice to seaweed roll and add toppings and sauces.

  • Roll using bamboo mat or baking paper, and then chop up.
