Sushi

Ingredients

  • 0.5 kg sushi rice

  • some chicken tenders

  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar

  • some nori sheets

  • 1 avocado

  • some BBQ sauce

  • some mayonnaise

Directions

  • Cook sushi rice in rice cooker.

  • Cook chicken tenders in oven.

  • Once rice cooked, mix in rice vinegar.

  • Put nori sheets on bamboo mat.

  • Spread cooked rice over nori sheets.

  • Add chicken and avocado on top of rice.

  • Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat and slice into pieces.

  • Top with BBQ sauce and mayonnaise.
