Trifle

It’s not Christmas if you don’t make a trifle.

Ingredients

  • 2 plates jelly

  • 1 small sponge cake

  • 2/3 cup caster sugar

  • 2/3 cup custard powder

  • 4 cups milk

Directions

  • Make the jelly and set overnight

  • Cut up sponge cake into cubes in big bowl

  • Make custard with caster sugar custard powder milk

  • Add custard on top and put in fridge until cool

  • Cut up the jelly and add on top (next day)
