Vegetable Lentil Pie
Ingredients
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
some curry powder
1 can lentils
2 cups frozen vegetables
1 tsp vegetable stock
2 cups water
2 sheets pastry
1 egg
Directions
Saute onion and minced garlic in saucepan
Add curry powder and cook until fragant
Add lentils and frozen vegetables
Add vegetable stock and water and simmer
Grease casserole dish
Transfer pie contents to dish
Cut pastry into strips
Arrange in a lattice formation over pie
Paint beaten egg on pastry
Cook until pastry is golden
